We take data protection seriously and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure.
You must promptly report any security breaches or unauthorized access to user data to us at support@clientfuse.io.
7. AI Connector and Automated Actions
The Service includes an optional AI connector (the "Connector") that allows you to link third-party AI assistants and MCP-compatible clients (such as Claude or ChatGPT) to your connected advertising accounts. By creating a connector key, completing an OAuth authorization, or enabling write actions, you agree to the following:
- Your AI acts as your agent. Any action performed through the Connector using your keys or authorized tokens — including reading data, creating campaigns, changing budgets, pausing or resuming campaigns, and modifying keywords — is deemed an action taken by you, and you are solely responsible for it.
- Write actions are opt-in and confirmation-gated. Actions that create or modify advertising campaigns or budgets are disabled by default, require you to explicitly enable them, are preceded by a dry-run preview, and require your affirmative confirmation relayed through your AI client before execution. Campaigns created through the Connector are always created in a paused state; activating them — and any resulting advertising spend — requires your separate, explicit approval.
- Confirmations are binding and recorded. A confirmation relayed through your AI client (including the confirmation text your AI attributes to you) constitutes your binding authorization of the action. You agree that ClientFuse's audit log — which records each tool invocation, its complete parameters, previews, refusals, executions, and relayed confirmation text — is the authoritative record of what was requested and authorized.
- You are responsible for your AI client's behavior. ClientFuse cannot see or control your conversation with your AI assistant. You are responsible for reviewing dry-run previews before approving actions, for the accuracy of instructions you give your AI, and for any actions your chosen AI client takes with credentials you issued it. Safeguard your connector keys; anyone holding a key can act within the permissions you enabled.
- Guardrails are best-effort, not guarantees. Budget caps, dry-runs, paused-by-default creation, and audit logging are safety features provided as-is. They do not guarantee any advertising outcome, spend level, or platform-policy result, and do not shift responsibility for advertising decisions or spend from you to ClientFuse.
- No liability for advertising outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClientFuse is not liable for advertising spend, campaign performance, platform policy enforcement, account suspensions, or any losses arising from actions taken through the Connector, whether initiated by you directly or by an AI client acting with your credentials.
You may revoke Connector access at any time by revoking keys or OAuth grants in Settings → Integrations, or by disabling write actions. Revocation does not affect actions already executed.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ClientFuse and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
